As a seasoned Interim PMO and PM professional, I combine strategic foresight with over 13 years of hands-on project management expertise. My strategic thinking comes from roles as a supervisory board member and managing director, where I learned how to plan and guide organizations effectively. I specialize in turning strategies into actions that deliver real results, such as smoother operations, better project outcomes, and successful changes.
Interim managers help organizations solve complex problems, improve their projects, and achieve lasting success. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and multiple certifications in project management, I have the tools to structure uncertainty and get transformations and projects in motion.
